**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist and execute various events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with event planners to coordinate logistics and details for events

- Assist vendors and suppliers

- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and guests

- Support event setup

- Provide excellent guest services during events

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or related field preferred

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests

- Ability to work under pressure
